“Terrible experience at Regenta. I called beforehand to confirm my check-in time and was told 12 PM. When I arrived, they suddenly said it was 2 PM. I also specifically asked if I needed to bring anything for check-in and was told no, but when I got there they demanded my passport and visa, which was never mentioned. The room itself was disgusting. It smelled bad, the AC wasn’t working, and the “white” bedsheet was dirty. The decorative cloth on the bed was extremely filthy and black. The room……

“We booked 2 rooms both the rooms were unclean and ac were not working for both of the rooms we couldnt sleep the whole night and on the other hand the fridge in our room was also broken Smelly washrooms uncleaned towels”

“They need a lot of paint work a lot of cleanness new towels or maybe deep cleaning of showers and definitely new staff they are so under staff nothing was on the point ”

“The room we were put in was of sub standard. They charged us for third guest but did not have bed for the third guest. They were giving a 3” foam pc called mattress and asked us to put on the door and sleep, we rejected that. First night we 3 people tried to sleep on one bed which had mattress in bad condition, we could not sleep. I booked another hotel somewhere nearby and spent next night there only then we could all complete our sleep. I did not like all this and no one from Hotels.commas……

“We booked our stay of 2 days before and after our trip to Manali. Bothe times the rooms were not up to the standard of a 4* hotel. Poorly maintained and shabby. Staff reluctant to change room or help. Very disappointed.”
