"The accommodation looked exactly like the photos and was spotless. It was located right next to Kerið Crater, making it easy and convenient to step outside at night to watch the northern lights. Our teens, young adults, middle-aged, and senior family members were all able to enjoy the spacious layout. Travel to local sights is easy and worth it in order to be in the tranquil quiet by the lake. I highly recommend staying here. The owners are wonderful hosts."

"Gorgeous modern hotel with great staff, I loved my mountain view room and found it large, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. There's some expansion construction going on but it wasn't disruptive. The sauna and trail to the private black sand beach are great amenities! The bar and restaurant were amazing in creativity and quality, and I really appreciated the staff seating me at a great table by the window for dinner as a solo female traveler instead of sticking me in the back!"
