“If you like being out of the way Afternoon Cottages is a great jumping off point for adventuring. It is well equipped and very clean. It has a great price point and very basic. It worked great for us because it was simply a place to cook dinner and sleep. You have access to all the necessities about 25 minutes away in Hella. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.”

“預定寫前一天才會收到房間跟密碼，但卻沒收到mail，到達住宿地點後發現連不上網路，只好打電話詢問。 但英文不太好，對方說聽不懂我們在講什麼，叫我們寄email問，然後就掛電話。接著我又再打了一通，他直接拒接。又再打了第三次，一樣拒接。用另一位的手機打，一接通他發現是我們，直接說『聽不懂你們在說什麼』然後掛電話。 最後只好找隔壁也要入住的人求助，他說他也沒收到入住的mail，他理解我們的無助並且表示可以幫我們打電話問，才成功接通電話沒被掛斷。 非常糟糕的入住方式！ 如果沒有路人好心幫忙，當下沒網路無法翻譯無法傳mail，住宿方又不願意接電話，說好會提前一天寄的mail每個房客都表示沒收到，真的就露宿寒冷街頭了。”

“Location is great. Super cute, but small cabin. Hot tub did not work very well and didn’t hold its heat. Only 4 towels, 1 dish towel and cloth for 4 people for a two night stay. Only 4 coffee pods for a 2 night stay. Was surprised to find no basics in the kitchen. Salt, pepper or oil. However, those were not promised. Duvet inside cover was very stained and a bit off putting. The cabin had good instructions for most things. I would recommend including instructions for cook top as well.”

The number of stars you can see is incredible, and this would be a perfect place for watching the northern lights. Unfortunately, we got absolutely no aurora during our two nights here. The cottage itself was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and a good amount of space for two people. My favourite part was the sofa in front of the L-shaped floor-to-ceiling windows and the terrace facing a huge open grassland. Waking up, sitting there with a cup of coffee and looking out over that view was incredibly relaxing."
