“The property overall has a child friendly lobby. The breakfast is decent. The room size was okay. The only issue is the cleaning crew was not diligent to make sure that the hand soap dispenser is out. As well, I noticed that they do not clean the floor of the toilet room, which was separated from the bathroom.”

“Le personnel, l'acceuil et l'emplacement son excellents, mais ce n'est pas assez pour oublier la manque d'attention aux détails qui devrait avoir un 4 étoiles. “The hotel is typical French style which’s attracted for foreigner but the service is not in same quality, one of receptionist is warmed and another one with bad attitude when I tell there is not shampoo and shower in room for two day. Breakfast is very good and if the human resouce issue can be solved, the hotel is 4 star.”
