"I arrived after an overnight flight from Chicago and was very tired and jet lagged. The desk clerk allowed me to check in very early and a went to bed early and got a long sleep in the large king-size bed with a very nice duvet. The breakfast was pretty good and the pizza was excellent. "

"Brand new facility. So new, there was sewage gas in the bathrooms. We knew enough to run water into all the drains, and would have asked to switch rooms if the kids weren’t already asleep. Definitely not a cleanliness issue. Perhaps have staff do this prior to renting out rooms. Otherwise, this hotel was perfect. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is perfect for Schaffhausen as it is opposite the station and adjacent to the old town. Everything is walkable and the Rhinefalls are easily accessible by train. The room was very quiet and well appointed.Breakfast was fabulous. Really wish we had stayed another night as the stay was so pleasant. Especially the little birthday surprise at breakfast. Wonderful!"

"The hotel is conveniently located, quite modern, with comfortable furnishings, and kept clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were the standout feature of the hotel. One thing to improve is either make the signage out the front clearer (because it is too small to read while driving) or include some simple directions in the info sent via email (eg: “follow the BK drive-thru sign and park behind/under the building” would have made a big difference).
