"My first time at this amazing hotel. Staff are all fantastic; room is beautiful; breakfast is best I have had in India (extensive selection of western and Indian). I requested a late check out due to late flight to Canada - so the manager (Mr Prasad) let me relax by the pool for the afternoon and I booked a spa treatment with (BiBi). Special thanks to the amazing staff which also included Shantu (front desk) and Jagan (fitness center). I HIGHLY recommend this hotel"

"Nice stay close to the airport. Hospital staff, they helped with take away breakfast and arranging pick-up for airport. The restaurant had a nice selection of food availble as buffet or a la carte. Would stay again next time in Bangalore"

"Room and bedding is luxurious, food was very basic and bland, especially South Indian dishes in buffet. Some staff are ok, some don’t acknowledge any Indians, I saw them smiling at foreigners but head high when they pass by normal looking Indians "
