“This is firmly a four-star hotel, and it shows everywhere- the lobby, the staff, dated bathroom fixtures, and a mostly vegetarian buffet. The breakfast scene felt particularly off, with guests in pajamas and even putting their feet on chairs, which really lowered the overall experience. Keep your expectations low especially if you are coming from the US. ”

“Great hotel, we stayed for two nights. We ate at Saffron and also stopped for tea and cake at the Baking Company which was really nice. The breakfast was also really good, particularly the eggs which were made to order. We couldn’t decide between staying here or at the Oberoi but glad we chose the JW Marriott as it was more modern and offered greater facilities. My wife also used the spa and had a massage during our stay which she thoroughly enjoyed. We would recommend this hotel to anyone in……

“Decent sized clean room with a comfortable bed.
Good choice for breakfast and dinner.
Attentive and helpful staff In particular Pooja. Nice swimming pool overlooking the valley, just a shame that it is not heated.
Had an excellent massage at the spa ,albeit it was a bit pricey. ”

“Our room was very clean with good amenities. The food was also delicious. Loved the overall service of staff
We also got a spa which was very relaxing
Only thing which got me disappointed that we could not enjoy pool. There was a wedding going on same day, due to which we were not allowed to go to pool area. I had confirmed the pool timings from staff a day before, and they didn’t tell anything like this, otherwise I could have gone to pool a day before”
