“I liked the friendly staff and the work out facilities.”

“Basically you never make mistake when staying by NH Hotels. But this time, it was a mess. I made reservation thru Hotel.com and it shows breakfast included. When we check in at first day, staff asked us to pay for breakfast and we refused, ask them to check with Hotel.com. 2nd. day, staff asked us again to pay breakfast and we insist don't pay, it's problem between NH and Hotel.com. Then, few hours later, they apologized for this mistake, everything was solved. 3rd. day when we check out, NH……

“We paid extra to stay on the 16th floor so we could have access to the executive lounge and the amenities it offers. However, upon arrival we did that the lounge is now being used for business meetings and private dinners. If we had known this we would not have paid extra.”

“Hotel location directly on the central plaza is amazing. All Old Town Quito attractions are within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is stunning, beautiful historic decor. Room was beautiful. The best part of our stay however was the staff, so warm and welcoming. They paid attention to every detail and provided great service. Breakfast was delicious, wish we could have stayed longer ”
