“The Dominick is great & one of our favorite places to stay in the city. The elevators on the other hand are a nightmare. Friday night the line was wrapped from the elevators to around the corner to the middle of the lobby. You spend all your time waiting on one to arrive & specific ones go to specific floors. The service elevators were out also so that added to the problem. Everyone including staff complained about them.”
