David was AMAZING! The house is beautiful and so unique! Every single thing that you would need to be completely comfortable is taken care of!

Nice hotel, not quaint or Scottish, but nice. I am not sure if they used any insulation between rooms as we could hear the neighbors conversations quite well and the TV from about 4 rooms down.

We stayed here for two nights between Christmas and NY whilst visiting family in the area. It’s such a beautiful guest house. The owners have decorated to immaculate standard. The breakfast was amazing. Our two year old was welcomed and they gave him a little present. I had read the excellent reviews before but our stay exceeded our expectations. We will return!

The lobby area has great spaces to lounge, read a book, or meet friends. The dining areas and food were excellent. My only gripe (small in nature) was that the shampoo was unusual in that it was in a tube and did not provide sufficient suds upon use.

A very nice small boutique hotel less than two years old. Perfect location.

We stayed in the Burns Suite to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The hotel sent up a small cake to welcome us! The suite was large, elegant and has a lovely view of the grounds in the front of the hotel. The staff were attentive yet relaxed and friendly. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Also - the Cromlix Afternoon Tea is excellent. Do stay for tea.

Greeted at the Train station by a hotel driver, there was never a time that the hotel was not assisting in the best of hospitality. When asked when the bar closed, the answer was "when the last guest goes to bed". The hotel's food was the best of our trip.

Easy to find. Private parking down the driveway. Extremely well presented inside from a decoration and artwork perspective. The bedroom I had was very well put together from an esthetics perspective. Also, a nice, and well maintained garden to wander around. There is an honesty bar with a good choice of whiskeys and other drinks, plus another larger lounge to relax in. Beautiful hotel . The van service to town is so good. Drivers super on time and helpful. Room service was a little complicated as our coffee pods were not being refilled daily…. We need to call and ask for them. Aside this minor service issue, it was a lovely stay.

This exquisite hotel, the great food and drink and the hospitality of the owners set a new standard for excellence. Not a detail is overlooked. Our new favorite home away from home!
