“Hotel foyer was attractive & staff welcomed us with refreshments. Room was spacious & had amazing views.. Had dinner in Blue on 17th floor which was delicious & also had stunning views. Breakfast buffet was varied & continuously topped up. We only stayed one night on our way south but hotel is in a gorgeous position & we had a very pleasant stay. Only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 was we had no internet in our room the following morning & had to sit downstairs in foyer to receive a signal.”

“Had an amazing 8 night stay recently. Food (both buffet and a la carte restaurants) were excellent. Every member of staff from welcome, management, bar, buffet, pool and cleaning were gracious, friendly and incredibly welcoming. The WhatsApp ability to talk to the hotel without having to visit a reception was excellent - very fast replies too! The only gap from here compared to the Adults Only Melia we stayed in Tenerife is the Reserve Pool was freezing - Tenerife had some heating which……

“We loved this hotel. Wanted to visit Lanzarote but didn’t want a big resort The room was fine, the staff excellent and so charming and helpful especially Belfar , Michele and Livio. Belfar in particular went above and beyond and sorted us a private guided trip to Timanfaya etc at very little more than group tours . Thank you x Loved the quiet. Loved the pool. I have seen comments about lack of staff but for a 14 room hotel there were a good number of staff. Yes occasionally we had to wait but……
