“The best hotel I have ever stayed in. Luxury Dubai hotel vibes. Everything for the kids- we didn’t manage to do it all. Highly recommended.
My daughter is a celiac and they catered to her very well- very friendly and helpful staff and she had a lot of options. Beaches and pools were wonderful. Honestly just brilliant.”

“The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. We did notice that on our more casual days we received slightly different treatment from the staff in the dining room at breakfast, however the breakfast choices are incredible, the spa was exceptional, the staff I encountered and made requests or queries to were more than happy to help. “The place was amazing!!! You have access to all of their resorts, which have so many more amenities that you don't miss anything. Our favourite part was the peacefulness because this resort is smaller than their sister resorts. You can drive and park your car for free at the other resorts as well. The staff were absolutely amazing and very quick to answer my emails. We needed extra toilet paper and I had emailed them just before their reception desk closed. They emailed me back immediately.
