“Excellent service with friendly and attentive staffs. From train station pick up, check in, restaurant booking, room services, concierge, bar service, to check out with proper Swiss send off, the whole experience was just amazing. Our family had such a great time and was very memorable. Highly recommend for others when visiting Zermatt, and definitely our choice when visiting next. ”

“The appartment room was very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped with full set of cooking utensils, dish washing machine and oven. We enjoyed cooking there. Cooking ourselves helped us to save lots of money. The appartment was large, with three rooms and two washrooms. Spa room is available on the ground floor of the house. We felt like living at our home when we stayed there. And it is even more comfortable than our room.
The location itself was not very good but there was a bus line going……
