"We loved our stay at Greenhills. The hotel is beautiful, everywhere is extremely well-kept and clean. The staff were all so friendly and helpful; we celebrated our tenth wedding anniversary whilst there and the team added some extra special touches to our stay which was very kind of them. Breakfast was delicious, we also had afternoon tea which was fab. We'd definitely recommend and stay there again!"

"This hotel is an absolute gem. Great location with magnificent views, spotlessly clean and very helpful and hardworking staff. The breakfast is fantastic, all freshly cooked with a great choice. Our room had a balcony overlooking the sea, with the largest bathroom I’ve ever seen. I can’t recommend this highly enough and cannot wait to go back again."

The room was clean and fully stocked with water, Tea/Coffee/Biscuits/Milk, perfectly located at the front which was Sea View. The Breakfast- unbelievable- Pastries/Cereal/Full Breakfast/Fresh Fruits. Restaurant- Reasonably price Champagne Bar Restaurant as well as an outdoor restaurant/bar. The staff were amazing- each and every one. Would highly recommend this Hotel. Outstanding. "

That said the breakfast is great and the rooms kept incredibly clean. The road is noisy but is to be expected being on a main road. The location is great for both coast and country and St Helier with parking outside its brilliant."
"My wife and I stayed at the Greenhills for a week in June 2025. The short walk through the immaculate and beautiful gardens from the car park set the tone for our stay. Attention to detail is everything here. The hotel is beautiful inside, the staff attentive, considerate, kind and knowledgeable. We ate in the AA two rosette dining room and sampled both the a la carte and table d’hote menus during our stay the food was wonderful, the wines superb. The room we stayed in was a ground floor room with a patio door onto the garden and terrace. It too was everything you could wish for. Other food options included a bar menu and traditional afternoon tea both of which were as delightful as the fine dining food in the restaurant. Breakfast included full English, continental, freshly baked pastries and numerous other delights. After a difficult year we were ready for peace and quiet with a lot of pampering. Greenhills delivered all of that and more. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Jersey particularly those looking for an oasis of calm and a treat for themselves. This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at!"
"Very disappointed, it was like a hostel and it was very noisy. I think we were the only guests in amongst all contractors staying there. The pool that was advertised was not functional and hadn’t been for a long time by the looks of it. There was no pool table as advertised and the public area was stacked with random matresses. We couldn’t open the windows fully due to scaffolding outside the window which felt very unsafe should there have been a fire. Every morning, before light we were woken up by people right outside our window chatting, smoking and coughing. All in all a very bad experience never to be repeated. "
