“The views are excellent and our room an executive double was good but very tired and in need of decoration.. Majority of staff were helpful but service was generally slow. Drinks at the bar were very expensive and bar staff less than helpful. Breakfast was adequate but service although polite and engaging was very slow. The fridge in the room was regularly stocked with water and fresh milk which was lovely in our morning tea.”

“The staff were so helpful throughout our stay. The bedroom was lovely and the breakfast choice was unbelievable. We used the pool and saunas every day and they were never too busy.The location of the hotel was great right outside a bus stop which allowed us to travel around the island. We would have no hesitation if visiting jersey again to stay at the grand jersey”
