“Although the decor was a little dated and it didn’t have air-conditioning or USB ports, the hotel was exceptionally clean and breakfast was excellent.”

“Immaculate hotel and the staff were always courteous and helpful. Ideally situated for us in the heart of the St Helier, near the marina, bus station and ferry ports. The breakfast was extensive and the evening buffet excellent and good value for residents at £32 per head.”

A couple of suggestions to make it even better
1. Some of the guests said they had no aircon. Our room was great, but it sounded like a few rooms were without, which wasn't so good in the hot weather.
2. It would be nice to have more water in the rooms. We had 2 plastic bottles of water in day 1. Maybe a glass bottle which could be refilled (better than plastic bottles) would be better
3. We were a little surprised that last orders at the bar was……
