Then told while relaxing with friends hadn’t seen for 5 years to leave at 9.30 and got to bed, ridiculous "

" We stayed in room 17 , the room was decorated in keeping with the theme of the hotel. I was so excited to celebrate my partner’s birthday with at the hotel which I made the staff aware of but nothing was provided to acknowledge this at all. Our room was so cold in the evening and when I told staff they brought us a portable heater. Our bed was whooped on one side. The springs were complete gone. The breakfast and lounge area was the highlight of our stay. It was very good. Overall I would say for the price being charged the hotel needs an upgrade. "

Although I had no problem parking, the car park is small with limited street parking opposite, which potentially could be an issue during busy periods.
