“Excellent customer service and support. We arrived late and the host kept in touch with us at all time and gave us very detailed instructions , for any questions she was available at any time. Instructions easy to understand but still the host took her time to explain The place is very clean, well decorated, spacious, excellent ventilation with enough supplies and well equipped. “Washing / laundry machine was old and makes too much noise we can not do laundry after 9pm as per host .So we have to do early morning and laundry it was down last day of our stay, host says can’t fix the laundry so we pack all dirty cloths ”

“The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, and the location fantastic. Marc was very responsive (the washing machine broke down and Marc had someone in quickly to fix it) to any issues or questions we had. We really loved our stay in Barcelona. Thank you, Marc!”

“The pictures are NOT accurate to the actual state of the apartment which is completely rugged and out of shape. The furniture must be changed, specially the beds and mattress that have blood stains and curtains that have holes in. The kitchen and bathroom need a renovation, there is mold all around the bathtub. The fridge had mold in it as well. The walls need to be repainted, they are full of black marks (like literally all the walls look as if they were airport walls) VRBO was of no help at……

"不知道是歐洲人做事速度慢還是怎樣，叫房間服務會等上20分鐘，切還搞錯。離開拿行李時，人員拿出來等了快10幾分鐘，計程車都到了，行李還沒出來。其他方面都很滿意，特別是咖啡廳的可頌跟咖啡非常好吃，非常值得去試。"

"因為要參加會議，很貼心的讓我們提早check in。早餐居然有中式炒米粉非常道地這也太棒了。房間整理乾淨舒適，一如期預期。海景房可以欣賞到地中海的日初⋯⋯實在是太好了😀"

Decent hotel in a not quite safe neighborhood

"The hotel is located in an area with a lot of adultery workers and thieves, as we were warned by not one but a few drivers during the stay. The hotel itself is a decent one, we were welcomed by glasses of Cava however the front desk was a bit understaff as both the time we had to wait quite a bit to check in and check out. The bed is very huge which usually is a good thing however in this case it gets too huge and make the room feel a bit small, other than the above mentioned the overall experience is a pleasant one. Do keep an eye on your phones and wallets when you are in the neighborhood!"
