Close amenities include Maxmart Supermarket, local groceries, a gym, spa, hospital and 24/7 pharmacies. A 10-minute Uber ride brings you to East Legon's vibrant nightlife, shopping hubs, banks, African fashion stores. and finest restaurants: African, Turkish, Chinese, Lebanese, Indian and coffee shops. This terrace-like floor plan open to the elements with wood pergolas for shade and outdoor entertain space is the perfect retreat full of recess lighting and modern features. The bedrooms and living room are all fitted with Bluetooth audio speakers. Refrigerator comes with an external water and ice dispenser suitable for consumption. There is an A/C unit in each bedroom, living room and kitchen. The first floor is equipped with a living room and a full bath attached. There is also bedroom fitted with a king-sized bed, built-in wardrobe and a full bath attached. The second floor features a kitchen with full size appliances and an island that sits 6 people. There is a second floor walkway with storage under the staircase and a washing machine. Also featured on the second floor is a high ceiling master suite with a built-in wardrobe and an ensuite with dual vanity sink, shower and a soaker tub. Adjacent to the master suite is an open air space for entertaining guests. The third floor features 3 bedrooms. The first 2 bedrooms have full size beds and wardrobes, and share a full bathroom with double vanity sinks.
