"My only suggestion would be to not allow pets in the breakfast area during breakfast hours. I know it is attached to the lobby, but we witnessed a larger dog with his owner sniffing the buffet area, and it worried us about the cleanliness a little."

"The house was exactly how it was advertised. We had a school group there focused on a local competition -- plenty of room to spread out, decompress with TVs, games, space to practice parts.Clean, manager EXCEPTIONAL about communication. Close to Des Moines downtown, Drake University, etc. Literally ..."
