The staff were polite, and were willing to change rooms so that someone that was traveling with us, and had booked a room, could be right next doir to us. Disappointed that the pool was very cold and the hot tub was under maintenance so not usuable. One of the main reasons we booked there was so the kids could swim and so we could use the hot tub.
