“Beautiful home, great food, great service! ”

“My wife and I spent 4 nights there and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room, bathroom and common areas were well set up and spotless. The bed was comfortable. The breakfasts were just right. Debbie and Gregory, the owners, were hospitable and delightful people. ”

“Check in was extremely slow; there were 3 persons in line before me. The clerk seemed to be having issues; she was very slow. At time of check there was no water at the property (city issue, not hotel issue). Was restored within a couple hours after check in. However, later that night I had no HOT water. I called front desk, clerk stated she had not been told of issues & maintenance was already gone for the day. Flooring in the bathroom needs to be replaced badly. Lots of mold on lower part of……

“Terrible experience at this hotel! In town for the MS State gymnastics meet with our 10 year old daughter. This hotel has FALSE advertisement on their website! The hotels name has been changed with the signage taken down from the exterior as well as in the lobby. Magnolia Bluff BW Signature hotel seems to now be named “hotel”. We had a long wait to time to check in. Once we got to our room it was not up to par. Dead bugs on the ground and in the windows along with a live beetle. There was a hair……

“We loved our stay at Riverboat Bed and Breakfast!!! We were met by Mary Beth who was absolutely wonderful. The historical home was gorgeous and so accommodating. We only stayed one night, which next time I won’t make that mistake lol, so we didn’t have much time there but we definitely enjoyed every minute of our trip. I can’t wait to go back!!! ❤️”
