"This was our 2nd trip to the Exumas. We chose to stay at The Osprey again, since our first time there was so lovely. The stay this time was even better. Communication with the host was excellent. I contacted him frequently during our visit with questions. His response was prompt, helpful, & courteous. The owner had also expanded their furniture options to include new tables, couches, dressers, & barstools...all of them beautiful, comfortable, & practical. Since we stayed longer, we utilized more of the items & equipment supplied by the host, including large drink cups w/ lids & straws (Brea's was willing to pour our purchased drinks into these, rather than the smaller disposable cups), cookware, induction stovetop double-oven, & inflatables available in the shed. Like last time, the AC worked beautifully. The beds were very comfortable & the rooms spacious enough for luggage. The view is gorgeous & unobstructed (no other homes between you & the water). Brea's Delight is next door (maybe 30 steps from the house). They make wonderful drinks (love the Shark Bite & Frozen Mango Daiquiri, but the Island Rum Runner, Goombay Smash, & Bahama Mama make close competition). Their food is scrumptious (Conch Fritters are a must-try). Being located right next to Brea's alone is worth it to stay here. Add to that the view, proximity to the water of our favorite beach (crystal clear, electric blue water), cleanliness & comfort of the house...it cannot be beat. We will be back."

"Staff was wonderful. Grounds are well-maintained and clean. Rental cars were available on-site. For those who are new to snorkeling or have kids, there's a good spot at the gut at the northern end of the property if people aren't fishing there. Snorkeling's also good at the Columbus monument's beach, a short drive north of CSMBR."

"Our group of 3 stayed at the Tranquility house for 5 nights. Overall, a great house close to Tropic of Cancer beach. There’s a little beach bar shack at the beach (Brea’s) that’s open starting around 11 am. We packed lunches and brought our bags to the beach each day with little trouble. The beach and water is incredible. Very quiet and a great place to relax. The house fit us perfectly. I would say 6 ppl max if you want to be comfy. Has the basics for cooking. Plenty of beach towels. Two good beach chairs. Could really benefit from a beach umbrella. The location is a good 35-45 mins from town and not a lot nearby so you’ll need to provision in town. Def will need a rental car. The host was very responsive to our questions. Check-in was easy. We lost electricity one night for 4-5 hrs which was a bummer but we were fine. Would def stay again! "

"The house was clean and nicely updated with modern furniture. The description was accurate, and everything met our expectations. While there's no dishwasher, it wasn’t a problem for us. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and Brea’s Delight, which was a fantastic bonus!"

"Location was remote, but the private beach was absolute heaven. The island of Exuma itself is absolutely gorgeous. The water is great. Worth renting a boat. The house had everything you needed. Property manager was super responsive. There is construction going on next-door though and the roads are very bumpy to get there… we had a great time! "

"When we walked through the door for the first time it literally took our breath away. We have been coming to Exuma for 12 years and thought we had seen it all. This is by far nicer then anything we have ever seen. The sand bar is a screensaver and the beauty of this property and home is stunning. If you want to get away and enjoy paradise this is heaven. It is beyond words. Staff were amazing, there whenever we needed anything but total privacy the rest of the time. Judy was amazing, great AC, lighting fast internet, sunrise and sunset from the glass walls in the living room. We have already booked our return trip this fall! Thank you, we miss it already!"
