The staff were amazing. I have never stayed at a hotel with such kind thoughtful and helpful staff. The reception desk were incredibly helpful, friendly and engaging. All of the staff service encountered was excellent, from check in to restaurants! They were friendly, professional, & effecient! Even the lady working in the little gift store kiosks was amazing! Food in bar lounge area & sit down restaurant was delicious, especially liked the buffets, served a lot of different foods & choices! Rooms were nice & clean! The rooms run on the small Side! The airport transportation drivers were great, especially Esra ! I would recommend asking for him! Esra and the other driver ( can’t remember his name now) were very flexible and really appreciated! We would definitely stay at Best Western Plus again & highly recommend it!
