I have been traveling since 2010, yet for the first time in my extensive travel history, I was held up for four hours at the entry point due to the female reception staff; they remained glued to their screens for hours on end without achieving any effective results. -Overall, the place is good and the price is reasonable; the issue lies in the cleanliness of the bedding—it is old and has not been replaced. -I sent a WhatsApp message to the hotel manager, but he was useless; he did nothing not even offer an apology for the deliberate delay. One has to ask: where is the Ministry of Tourism regarding this disruption?

I had a wonderful stay at the Sapphire Addis. The location is perfect—very close to the airport and within easy reach of the city's main attractions and business hubs. The service was the highlight of my stay; the staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious, modern, and kept impeccably clean. I also highly recommend the breakfast buffet, which had a great variety of both local and international options. Whether you are traveling for business or leisure, this is a top-tier choice in Addis Ababa!

The location is great, staff are very helpful and attentive, the room is clean overall I am very much satisfied with my stay. The only issue I had, even those the room was advertised to accommodate for 4 people there was no space for my child. It looks like there is miss communication between Expedia and the hotel.

The Sapphire Addis Hotel in Bole is a consistently excellent choice, particularly valued for its proximity to the airport and locations like Edna Mall. I stayed at the hotel for two days and I greatly appreciated the clean, spacious rooms. The staff are efficient, friendly and very accommodating The gym is well maintained, clean and has all the essential equipments. It also comes with amenities such as the Watermelon Spa. The breakfast is generous and offers both local and international varieties. A minor inconvenience, the street outside of the hotel is under renovation at the moment, even though it’s expected to be completed very soon. In general the hotel offers very reliable comfort and value and I highly recommend it for both business and leisure visits to Addis Ababa.

Great location in Bole area, quick drive to the airport. I was expecting for a hotel at this level to at least have AC in their rooms. The breakfast was not up to the expectations, it was really not good! The front desk were friendly and the hotel staff overall were always nice.
