Feels right in the heart of the city with many places to eat and hangout within 15 minutes.Our host Ryan was professional and responsive.I found that apartment floor was not clean, towels and fan remote were missing. He responded in timely manner and got the issues resolved.”

“We were not able to stay at our reserved place. The host called us the day before and told us that the heat went out in the property we had reserved, and could not be fixed in time. However, the host owns other properties in Birmingham, and so gave us other options. We were satisfied with the replacement. The host gave us a refund on the price difference.Consequently, this five star rating is for the customer service, not for the property listed, since I cannot comment on that.”

“The apartment is very nice. Clean and comfortable with nice appliances and amenities. Location downtown is close to most of our destinations. Walking distance to many amazing restaurants and shops. Nice views to the surrounding street area from the second story unit. Highly recommend this 2 bedroom apartment if you are wanting a nice space in downtown Birmingham! “Great Location close to everything we needed...”

“This room is a great location in downtown Birmingham with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The place was easy to find and access. My main complaint was the presence of a few roaches, and the bathroom had a VERY strong smell of cat litter. At least that's the first thing that came to mind when I noticed the smell. I spent plenty of time trying to figure out if I had missed something or if the smell was coming from somewhere else. The bathroom was otherwise clean.”

“The location is centrally located on UAB’s medical campus. There are many restaurants near by, as well as, a supermarket if you prefer to get groceries and cook yourself. I had a great experience and would highly recommend a stay here.”
