“This room is a great location in downtown Birmingham with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The place was easy to find and access. My main complaint was the presence of a few roaches, and the bathroom had a VERY strong smell of cat litter. At least that's the first thing that came to mind when I noticed the smell. I spent plenty of time trying to figure out if I had missed something or if the smell was coming from somewhere else. The bathroom was otherwise clean.”

“Matt was an amazing host, clear and prompt in communications and friendly. The mattresses were new and comfortable! Truly, many places skimp on the quality of the mattress, and this place did not. We had amazing sleep here. The location is central to everything, which is great. Parking can be a little difficult, especially if you're in a truck. If you're looking for location with a well-equipped kitchen and good beds, this is the place to stay! ”
