“Very convenient to a lot of places around Homewood. Quiet neighborhood.”

“We were not able to stay at our reserved place. The host called us the day before and told us that the heat went out in the property we had reserved, and could not be fixed in time. However, the host owns other properties in Birmingham, and so gave us other options. We were satisfied with the replacement. The host gave us a refund on the price difference.Consequently, this five star rating is for the customer service, not for the property listed, since I cannot comment on that.”

“It was a very nice & relaxing place to stay. The host had plenty of clean towels available. As well as 2 pairs of washers & dryers on site. The place was so beautiful & open which was perfect because i love natural sunlight. The location was safe & close enough to downtown. It was super easy to walk to the corner store to get some essentials, drinks & snacks. The home had lots to do inside & options to chill outside. It does have a decent amount of stairs but I didn’t mind it at all. Overall I’d……

“The price was great for our night in Birmingham. Many places to walk for meals and drinks. The view was amazing. This was a nice place. Just a few things that have been discussed with owner. Communication was excellent. You have to park on street. Bring a hair dryer. Mornings are bright with those windows.”

“Matt was an amazing host, clear and prompt in communications and friendly. The mattresses were new and comfortable! Truly, many places skimp on the quality of the mattress, and this place did not. We had amazing sleep here. The location is central to everything, which is great. Parking can be a little difficult, especially if you're in a truck. If you're looking for location with a well-equipped kitchen and good beds, this is the place to stay! ”

“We’re in town fur Samford orientation and we will definitely make this our spot to stay when we come in town!”

“It was a good location, and overall it was a nice place. However, there was black hair all over the floors and towels and bedding. We had to wash everything and pick up chunks off of the floor, so we don’t believe it was cleaned well prior to check-in. And the check-in process was not simple as we had to fill out their check-in form twice and didn’t know they didn’t have the first one until we were already there. But once we were in, it was okay. Then there were 3 or 4 breakers that tripped……

“Perfect for our girls weekend! Comfy accommodating!”
