"Great property. Very clean and close to parks and the downtown area. Several areas that you can walk your dog. Parking was super easy. Only critique would be the WiFi - the tv/streaming was interrupted daily and would have to reset the server to get it back. The host were very attentive sent me info timely and instructions for the visit were excellent. Will stay here again!"

"The stay was genuinely enjoyable. The shower had strong water pressure, and the kitchen was stocked with thoughtful touches like sodas, K-cups, hot cocoa, and plenty of other refreshments. Parking was a bit limited, but overall the experience was great. If I’m ever in Birmingham again, this spot will be at the top of my list."

"This was the perfect place for staying while my mom was in ICU at UAB. I was less than 2 blocks away, and it is a very easy walk. There was a very small glitch at check-in (no fault of the host) that was immediately addressed and resolved. The room was clean and had everything we needed, including a hair dryer that I forgot to pack. Everything was in working order, and the bed was SO comfortable!! The building was very secure. "We really enjoyed our stay. 1.3 miles from the convention center or 5 minutes for our conference. It was close to UAB. It was easy to get to restaurants and shops. .It was right off the interstate. Easy to get on and head home."
