“Seems like some kind of scam going on. I booked onExpedia. When I got to the hotel the person told me there was something wrong with "EXPEDIAs card" and I would have to pay out of pocket. So I have been charged by both companies. After talking to an EXPEDIA customer service rep. He started talking about the 3rd party they used to book my reservation and they have to contact the hotel to get my money back. I am a platinum member with EXPEDIA and this is a first. Hmmm. Something isnt……

“Clean room ”

“The room we recieved was not what we reserved but the gentleman at the front desk tried to resolve the issue. He was sympathic to our situation but they were totally booked and an error was made that could not be fixed. The room was nice just not as big as the one we reserved. The next morning Michelle the GM had agreed to provide us with a partial credit towards the room since it was smaller than the one we reserved. The grounds were nice, breakfast was good, and the room we did get was……

“The staff Steve and Adriane and a housekeeper didn't get her name were the absolute best. From the check in process with Steve, receiving extra towels (Ms. Housekeeper) thank you to Adriane provided much needed pillows for the bed. Best Team work. Thank you all for making our stay prefect for my cousins celebration graduation party. We appreciate the care and concern given to us during our stay there and the very conversation. Very personable team.”

“New hotel with large rooms - environmentally conscious. Comfortable bed, good lighting options in room. Clean, great kitchenette with utensils and serving dishes. Staff was friendly & helpful. Good breakfast choice - eggs, various breads & meats each day. European style cheeses, meats, sauces and condiments on buffet. Wish coffee was a little stronger. Yogurt machine didn’t work. Waffle iron was out of service.”

“One set of plugs didn't work, the bathtub really needs to be replaced and the ceiling is peeling in several places and looks to be some mold. But for the price I guess it was what I paid for. Im thinking they are doing some rennovations cause it was very nosiy during the day up stairs.”
