“great hotel. staff was friendly, parking was easy”

“We were just there for one night. When we arrived, a car pulled up and asked our names, we said who we were and they replied that they did not know what time we were arriving. ( check in is 4 to 9, something like that). He said Expedia had sold our reservation to a third party, and there was no contact information.. We tried contacting them through the email message they presumably sent through Expedia, but there wasn't one. We didn't think there was a serous issue, or we would have called the……

“great location and amazing views. Pool is great along with area for relaxing. Hot tub is kind of small if the hotel gets busy (max 6 people). Hotel was undergoing renovations but not much of a problem. The buffet breakfast was ok 18USD. The restaurant was ok. Room comfortable on ground floor as we brought the dog 30USD night. Every room has a balcony it seems which is great. Big hill to climb if you go to the main street. Its right behind the lake placid museum and rink etc... close to……
