For the most part the food was good. However on our last day we were given something different than what we ordered for breakfast I returned the dish explaining to the waiter it was not what I ordered I know he wrote it down correctly because he repeated the order. I showed him what was described on the menu he took it back and the chef sent the same plate back after the waiter explained what I had ordered. Also you need lots of patience during off season as they don’t have enough staff.

Highly Recommend. We had an absolutely amazing stay here! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located near nearly everything Loreto has to offer. The staff was wonderful, and the views are simply spectacular.One of the highlights of our trip was walking from the hotel straight to the nearby marina. From there, we took a boat ride to Isla Coronado, which turned out to be the best experience of our entire vacation.I cannot recommend this hotel enough! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful private beach, nice drinks and food deliciou$$

The exterior of the hotel is clean and well cared for. The staff are very polite and helpful. The swimming pool is clean, but smaller. They have a nice outdoor patio for parties and a restaurant on property. The rooms were also very clean. The actual location is good for getting into the center of town or the beach. The reason that I didn’t rate this excellent is the rooms. Our room was on the bottom floor literally a few feet from the jacuzzi. The sound proofing was good, but they have transparent doors on the rooms which is awkward with people literally a meter from your door. The beds were also tiny. We ordered a room for two and they gave us a full size mattress. Luckily, my partner and I are both smaller people, but even still, we were on top of each other all night. The mattress was also not very comfortable. The water in the showers never heats past lukewarm. I get that it’s hot outside, so it isn’t a huge issue, but I don’t love tepid showers in the morning. If I were staying in a hostel or inexpensive hotel, this would all be fine, but at $100 per night, I expect a little bit more. There are both cheaper options of the same quality and nicer options for the same price in the area. I would equate the room quality to a Motel 6, but the exterior of the property and professionalism of staff to a much nicer hotel.
