"Not sure what was going on in this place but we will not be staying at another extended stay again. Staff was sleeping instead of working and not helpful at all. Needs help in many ways."

"Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Busy intersection to get into the hotel parking lot. Room was clean but could tell the bathroom floor was not washed. One of the lamps needed a new lightbulb, and the switch by the large mirror in the entry did not seem to turn anything on or off. It was a little cramped in size, especially the bathroom."

"Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. When we arrived, there was no A/C, and the elevators seemed unstable. I mentioned my concerns to staff and was told they had been fixed. Just a couple of hours later, my children and I got stuck in the elevator for 45 minutes and had to be rescued by the fire department. It was a scary experience, especially with kids. I hope management addresses these safety concerns, but based on our experience, I would not never take my family here again."

"The hotel lobby, and main floor was all under renovation so there was little use of the main floor amenities! The staff was very friendly, apologetic, and kind for the condition of the main floor, but did express that the rooms were in more than satisfactory condition, which they were! The rooms were very clean and neat, beds were comfortable, but the pillows were a bit too big and uncomfortable. We wish that we had known the hotel was being torn up! DocMJ"

"The beds were pretty uncomfortable and the water pressure was pretty bad. We were there for a three day event and each evening we would return hoping for a relaxing evening in front of the tv. But apparently if more than 2 people are staying at the hotel there’s no internet. And the worst was a rollaway was an “option” but when I asked I was told in the type of room I’m in, a rollaway is a fire hazard. So my dad, son, and myself had to share beds meaning at least two of us barely slept each night. In the end the hotel is ok at best and if I was forced to stay there again I would but if any other option is available in the future, I’ll be staying elsewhere in Adrian."
