“Place is elegant and formal. The setting is very nice, and the waterfalls are beautiful. There are a lot of staff, and many are just standing around or looking at their computer. Just not a lot of people going out of their way to make sure that you are delighted with your stay. I got there a little early and was made to wait in the lobby until check in time (which was fine), but then told it was going to be "another hour" for my room to be ready, and then, after some staff discussions,……

“The hotel and staff are lovely. It is very out of the way (which is the point) but surrounded by amazing views of the mountains and lakes. Very serene and quiet. Just the place to unwind, enjoy some solitude with nature and Some lovely meals. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone.”
