Great relaxing stay

What a lovely 4 days with friends at this great hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and they were so friendly. Food and drinks were excellent.

Very nice hotel, personalized welcome. Outdoor parking on site and secured by a guard. Relaxing atmosphere. Music by an on-site musician, which is much appreciated. Very nice pool, and close to the beach. Food so delicious that we didn't choose the à la carte restaurant.

Great 4 day stay here. Spacious comfortable rooms. Pools lovely, food ok and lots of choice. Moroccan restaurant was excellent. One exceptional barmaid at evening entertainment (Khadija) was amazing.

The staff was very friendly and catered to all our needs. We loved the shows that were every night and Khadijah was the best server ever and was super friendly and remembered our drinks every night. She really deserves a raise!!! The only downfall was that the alcohol was cheap and there should be more options for beer.

Nice hotel, love the Spa, shame about the service

I didn't have the best experience with the hotel staff at the front desk, and the service wasn't there. I think they were focusing on older English couples and a solo single black female travelling was not at the top of their list to provide service too. The Spa however was amazing!

Majority of Staff very friendly and helpful - Abraham and Mustafa went out of their way to make themselves helpful. Imane did a great job on keeping our room clean. Good choice of food for an all inclusive but could have offered a better beer - even if charging for it. Pool area was good. Never made the private beach as they ran out of towels on the day we scheduled to go. Given a room above the Zanzebar night club - which aside from banging music directly under your room until 2.00 7 nights a week - had the car park, which took until 3.30am to clear with constant beating of horns. A hassle to change room, and new room had its own problems (electrical). Reception staff were a let down. Robes missing from both rooms and never sorted. The room change - fobbed us off. on the day we couldn't get towels, also couldn't change Euros despite 4 staff AND Manager behind reception desk. They seemed surprised when I was unhappy at coming back at a later time when so many staff were free at time of request. Despite issues above we enjoyed our stay. Would come back to Agadir but would not stay here.
