“This was our last hotel of the trip and I booked a 4 star as our other hotels have been 3 stars, to end out trip in a nicer hotel. Unfortunately this was by far and away the poorest hotel we stayed at. It started off badly as we were given our room keys and walked in on 2 people sleeping !! “This Hotel is a little hidden gem, we loved everything about it . all staff were absolutely wonderful ,we recommend eating in their restaurant as the food is delicious, however there’s also is lots of sea front restaurants within 5 minute walk of the hotel , Pool area is lovely and they also have a private beach across the road . Rooms don’t have coffee & tea making facilities , however when I mentioned this to the owner she said ,we do provide kettles at reception ,so that isn’t a problem if……

“A wonderful hotel just a skip across to the beach with the pool situated at the front of the property for maximum sunshine!! Areas of the hotel were still ‘work in progress’ I.e fittings for the heated towel rail installed but no towel rail. Coving around the lift yet to be fixed and roof top bar getting ready for the season! “Staff were great, room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great. The lighting in the bedroom is not good. The reading lights shine on the nightstands, not the bed, and cannot be moved. The lighting in the bathroom was worse. Water from the shower leaked under the glass wall, although there wasn’t an obvious place where it came from. Views from balconies were unpleasant. “We would absolutely recommend this hotel! It was clean, beautifully decorated, close to the centre of town and only a 20 min walk to the promenade. As it’s in a local area, it can be quite loud and bustling outside, but it never bothered us because with the balcony door closed, you couldn’t hear a thing.
