This hotel has an amazing kind and friendly staff. Wheather its reception or a lady at the breakfast, just great! My room had a wonderful comfy mattress and the best rainfall shower I've ever tried in my life! Finally a proper watter pressure, it felt like jacuzzi jet. Breakfast had great selection of foods, location is so central I would come back in a heart beat!

Wonderful staff, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Compared to other 5 star hotels in the area, this one stood out for the customer service. Rooms are comfortable, a bit outdated, location is great, very close to some of the best restaurants in town.
