We had a wonderful stay at CasaRealia. It’s a beautifully restored farm house with a lovely garden and pool.The owners, Giancarlo and his wife Roberta, were wonderful hosts for whom nothing was too much trouble. Although it can be a challenge to find (they provide accurate GPS coordinates, however), the property is a real oasis with a lovely pool, garden and main facility and a terrific view over the sea. The staff is warm and makes you feel like family. Giancarlo and his team could not be more welcoming or accommodating. From gorgeous vistas to convenient nearby access to the Valley of the Temples, we had a very memorable time there. Breakfast was amazing and there are a number of great local restaurants and trattorias for lunch or dinner options. Being on the Mediterranean was a tremendous plus too . Breakfast served in patio was delicious & full of cultural delights ! It was meticulously redone. The grounds and pool are beautiful. The breakfast was huge and delicious. The owner is on-sight. He was super welcoming; answering all sorts of questions. The pool is superb, the terrace where breakfast is served is delightful, and the breakfast was great too. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights, the location is great for Agrigento and also close to the little town of San Leone on the coast so there are plenty of places to eat only a short drive away, but the main attraction is the Valley of Temples, which is no more than a 5 - 10 min drive and is spectacular.
