"This resort was fantastic in terms of amenities and beauty of the grounds, and especially golf and the pool. Unfortunately, our room wasn't ready when we checked in at 3:00 p.m., and then we were locked out of our room for 20 minutes because the electronic lock on our door ran out of battery power. The waits were very long at the front desk as well. "Everything was perfect. Except I think it should be mentioned when we called about where to park before we checked in they said we just do valet only. I figured since it was their only option and they didn’t mention cost it would be included and perhaps just tip. It was 26 per day. When I told them everything was superb but was upset we weren’t informed when we asked about the parking they apologized and comped a day free. That was very accommodating and I appreciated it. I know they plan to talk about that in a staff meeting so others are aware. Otherwise 10!!…""Everything was perfect. "This is a GREAT option if you are looking for a safe and beautiful view resort location in Tucson and Oro Valley. The service was excellent at the front desk. Expedia had not transferred our confirmation# to their system and the Hotel Night Manager was super helpful. He called them and worked it out and was very patient. Also, the property was spotless clean. The rooms were a little drab and understated in decor for this level of property-and the pool area could use a refresh, but overall it was a win.
