Disappointed
"Check in time is 1:00 pm. No one in the office. They never answer the phone. Air conditioner was not working. My reservation was not valid even though I got confirmation. One person is not communicating with the other . Couldn’t pay with a card. Had to pay cash."

"We just fell in love with Princesa, great place to stay with family, clean, staff was great at keeping busy with cleaning the pools and environment. Beach is calm, felt like home and not like a overwhelmed touristy place. Staying at a condo is very convenient"
