“Pros: Das Chalet war sehr gut ausgestattet, in schöner ruhiger Aussichtslage und durch den Blockhauscharakter urgemütlich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Cons: Die Kommunikation war durch die unterschiedlichen Kanäle nicht kundenfreundlich. Gebucht wurde über ferienwohnungen.de und deren App installiert. Mehrere Aufforderungen zur Eingabe der persönlichen Daten kamen dann von holidu, aber keine Bestätigung, ob die Daten auch beim Gastgeber angekommen sind. Diesen habe ich einmal per Email……

"The location was excellent and the room was very clean with an efficient AC (not common in Europe). We arrived at 11am (before check in time), the hotel staff helped us complete the check in process and moved our luggage to the room when we come back. The breakfast very good as well. However, the chair in the room was slightly wobbly, and there was no fridge in the room."
