Room was clean, breakfast was uneatable and I’m not picky. Gym was non functioning. There was no water in the bubbler, ice machine was not dispensing. Staff was nice and helpful.

The gentleman running the breakfast area was late to work, everyone was in the lobby waiting. Every seat was taken. I stopped in to the cafe area to sit in a chair. He was rude and tild me he doesn't let anyone in unril he has the breakfast put out. I told him i just wamted to sit amd wait amd there was no place to sit in lobby. He said again he didn't let anyone sit un there till breakfast waa ready. I reminded him breakfast was from 6 to 10 am not whenever he decided to show up for work. I left and told him to have a hreat day. Customer service is his only job. Someone need to train him.

The overall property interior needs a deep cleaning and some repairs. The last thing anyone wants is to leave their own home and stay somewhere that feels like a major step down from their bedroom. It should feel like a treat. It should sparkle and shine.With that said, after two decades in hospitality, I can tell you your housekeeping department has it together. They did everything possible to make things nice. The beds, towels, and bathrooms were clean and well-presented. Your mattresses, however, were not clean. They had every color spot under the sun. Housekeeping doesn't have control over that. Get some new mattresses.Your elevator was filthy. It should be perfect inside. It's the window to your property. The carpet looked like it had been there since the 90s.Also, please stop with the super sprayers of carcinogenic scents puffing into the air. If anyone has asthma or allergies, do not stay here. These mega machines rapidly puff out scent like they're crop-dusting a peach orchard. I had to sleep with a mask on and take an allergy pill. My hair smelled like the scent, but I couldn't wash it because there was no hairdryer.I definitely won't be staying here again.

Around 1130pm the power in the bedroom went out. They gave me an extention cable that did not match with a normal plug. In the am i reported it again to a manager who then told me that they offered me a new room, which is untrue and i believe she knew that wasn't true. She then became angry and aggressive asking me wear she wanted her to do. She told me to contact expedia so here I am. It's unacceptable, i couldn't charge my phone, watch TV, or even turn the light on. Pitiful hotel and worse service.
