“Upon checking in it was clear that the hotel was older, no problem. However, upon going to our room we quickly discovered that the room was quite dirty. Hairs all over the bed, toilet not clean, burn marks in sheets and bedspread, the walls were dirty. It was also not well maintained. There was literally no toilet seat and the seat cover was falling off and cracked. The drapes were ripped and did not fully cover the window. There was also only a half sheet for a full bed. “We stayed at the Madison Hotel for over 3 weeks we found the staff to be excellent and so caring and accommodating. The air conditioning was great during our stay so important as the weather was very hot during in July and August. Hotel was close to so many resturants, grocery stores, coffee shops and beaches. Diffently will come back and stay again.”

“Comme d'habitude un séjour excellent au royal. Chambre spacieuse vue sur mer. Petit déjeuner excellent même si le buffet est supprimé suite à la situation actuelle. Les soins au sport sont top. La piscine très propre et la salle de sport face à la mer est très agréable.”
