“When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room on the first floor. I told her, can I stay higher floor? And I want a relatively quiet room because I need to stay in this hotel for a week. As a result, the expression on the front desk was very unhappy. At the beginning, it said that our rooms were full. After thinking about it, She still changed the room, but I changed to a room with a poor environment and close to the ice machine. So I want to give this hotel a bad review”

“I pay at the hotel, but I didn't get the receipt.Hotel Reception told me ask Hotels.com, but I can't find where can download it . and I book one kingsize bed room,but she give me 2 beds room. and she said they don't have that time.”

“Louie greeted me upon my arrival and gave me a rundown of the property. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He even showed me so much of his art collection! Louie is a wonderful host. I would've loved to talk to him more. I only stayed one night since I was just passing through Akron. I have added The Berrodin Bed & Breakfast to my list of good stops!!”

“The property was new, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was a little buffet for $10, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon and tots with toast. We had a suite on the far end. You could hear the highway noise in the sitting/television area but not in the bedroom. Shower pressure was not good in that room, 133. Overall, a nice place to stay but I would try a different room”

“The staff was the best part of the hotel! They were exceptional friendly and accommodating! The room was clean, but lacked some things like a microwave and a makeup mirror. Parking was excellent. Breakfast was good. I did miss not having bananas! I wasn’t eating much but probably it lacked some items if I could eat more. Colleen was a excellent host in the breakfast room, very friendly and helpful.”

“Room was nice, clean and comfortable, bed was great, nice bathroom and nice shower, the only complaint was the room had a locker room smell to it and I had to replenish the bathroom towels the first night myself the second day the maids replaced them with new ones that was great, wish hotels still cleaned rooms everyday but seems since COVID they just don’t offer this anymore, all in all it was a good experience.”

“Breakfast was disappointing, no protein,Pillows in room where flat,old uncomfortable and created neck aches,outdated bathroom,No coffee pot.Basically a flop house for the night.”
