The room and common areas were spotless. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The new renovation is well done - just like a new hotel. Our only negative is the very strong smell of air freshener. Cut down on this as doesn’t need it. We do highly recommend this hotel.

Overall, the property was clean and easy to access. Unfortunately for me, the equipment in the fitness center did not work. following the directions on the control panel of the treadmills resulted in no action. That sucked. I stayed in room 108. The bed mattress was too soft and I found it difficult to sleep and got up with a sore back each morning. The staff was very good. Cynthia was very helpful getting one problem corrected.

Everything was great. Coffee and hot water was not always piping in the lobby and there was no microwave in the room, but I was able to run it through the coffee maker in the room to heat it up. Everything was very comfortable. As expected for a Hampton Inn.
