Faucets leaking.Restaurant next door very convenient.Bottled water available.Couch and t.v. good.Akumel police charging 35 to beach with turtles.We didnt cook due to grocery store too far.”

“Initially, there was a little hiccup with my particular Villa, but the owner was very fast to help me feel better and happy. The place was very clean, very cozy, and I made so many friends with the local staff and especially everyone in the restaurant underneath the villa, La Lunita. It is outstanding! I plan to visit Hacienda de Tortuga again. ”

“This is our second time staying with Tony in the beautiful villas there on the beach. We were also very lucky and watching the babyturtles hatch and get let down to the sea. The housekeeping was a treasure to have daily, I could get spoiled with that. The bar next-door has wonderful food and bartenders. This is a very nice relaxing accommodations off the beaten path where you can unwind. You’re on the bus path if you wanna go into town to enjoy anything there. I don’t normally go anywhere twice,...

“Beautiful Stay - Great Location ”

“It brings me no satisfaction to write this review. I'm hoping for a refund instead. We intended to stay three nights and only stayed one night. There were many disappointments and on their own it would not have been enough for us to seek another location but when we discovered the pool was closed we informed the owner of our disappointment and our intent to leave. I realize we live in a Covid-world now, but communication is key. Tell us the pool is closed so we can make an informed decision. The...

“Very comfortable, great outdoor patio for morning coffee and dining and hanging out with awesome sunrises and ocean views. The pool and beach were steps away. Joan was very helpful in providing for our needs. There is 1 great little restaraunt a short walk but I would suggest having access to a car for groceries or other shopping or restaraunts or using a taxi service.”
