“We loved our stay at Villa De Rosas. Communication with Tony was terrific. Our condo was spacious and comfortable, and we loved being beachfront. It was close to many activities such as ruins, cenotes, and beaches. We needed to use two white noise apps on our phones and stick pillows in the wooden window slats in the bedroom to mask hallway sounds and doors closing, but this seemed easily do-able. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!”

“This is our second time staying with Tony in the beautiful villas there on the beach. We were also very lucky and watching the babyturtles hatch and get let down to the sea. The housekeeping was a treasure to have daily, I could get spoiled with that. The bar next-door has wonderful food and bartenders. “It brings me no satisfaction to write this review. I'm hoping for a refund instead. We intended to stay three nights and only stayed one night. There were many disappointments and on their own it would not have been enough for us to seek another location but when we discovered the pool was closed we informed the owner of our disappointment and our intent to leave. “Very comfortable, great outdoor patio for morning coffee and dining and hanging out with awesome sunrises and ocean views. The pool and beach were steps away. Joan was very helpful in providing for our needs. There is 1 great little restaraunt a short walk but I would suggest having access to a car for groceries or other shopping or restaraunts or using a taxi service.”
