“As advertised, modern condo steps from beach.The condo and area exceeded our expectations. It's situated in a safe gated beachfront community between Cozumel, Playa del Carmen and Tulum which are all 30 minutes or less by car and ferry in Cozumel's case. It has good restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Property staff and host Susana are very responsive and helpful. Very relaxing and fun, we had a great time. “This is our second time staying with Tony in the beautiful villas there on the beach. We were also very lucky and watching the babyturtles hatch and get let down to the sea. The housekeeping was a treasure to have daily, I could get spoiled with that. The bar next-door has wonderful food and bartenders. “Not outstanding, just a fair place to stay. A 2 bed 2 bath condo is about the same price as this one bed, one bath suite after all the fees and taxes are added to the final cost. Unable to negotiate price per night with owner. Bed very comfortable, toilet needs fixed, maid service was excellent, kitchen offered the bare minimum utensils for making meals.
