The facility is very old, and needs lots of maintenance. The toilets, rooms, carpet and furniture are outdated and very poor. Staff are good and polite.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have wonderful experiences in dubai. The staff are welcoming and super helpful at all times . everything is spotless and clean. So many options to choose from for breakfast and club access you have access to buffet for lunch/after noon tea and dinner. The view is something else out of movies specially if you got burj khalifa and fountain view. I would never bother looking around for hotel in dubai I go straight to here!!

We stayed at Ajman Hotel for a family vacation and had a wonderful experience. Our family travelled from different countries — I came from Canada with my wife, my sister from Germany, my other sister from Jordan, and my brother with his family from Abu Dhabi. We booked three rooms and enjoyed a great stay together. On the first day, we had a small issue with room availability as we requested a room with two beds, and my room’s washroom needed better cleaning. The staff responded immediately by replacing items, fully sanitizing the washroom, and arranging a temporary two-bed room for my sisters. The next day, they moved us to a proper superior two-bed room. Their quick action and professionalism were impressive. The cleanliness of the hotel is truly top-notch. Rooms are cleaned thoroughly, pools are always spotless, and staff work overnight to maintain the property. We were amazed to learn they even fly a hawk to keep birds away, keeping the pool and beach areas very clean. Reception staff were respectful, welcoming, and extremely helpful. We also tried jet skiing, and the safety and guidance were excellent. Towels were always fresh and available, and the pools were perfectly warm. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for families and relaxing vacations. We will definitely return.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Address Beach Resort. The room was immaculately clean—honestly one of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The entire hotel was spotless from top to bottom, and housekeeping did an exceptional job every single day. Our room was cleaned thoroughly and meticulously daily, with so much attention to detail. What truly made our stay extra special was how thoughtful the staff was with our kids—they left little gifts and surprises for them every day, which completely made their trip and ours. It was such a sweet and memorable touch. The cleanliness, care, and level of service were outstanding. You can truly tell this hotel takes pride in maintaining the highest standards. We felt comfortable, welcomed, and taken care of the entire stay. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this resort to families and anyone looking for a luxury, stress-free stay in Dubai.
