Cozy and bright two-room apartment 40 mq, a stone's throw from the historic center of Alba.
The apartment, new and furnished in a modern style, is located on the third floor of a quiet building with elevator. With its double bedroom and its queen sofa bed in the living area, the apartment is ideal for couples but is also great for families with one or two children, for 3 adult firends and for business travelers.
Balcony with views of the Alba hills that you can use for smoking (smoke allowed only outside), or having your meals. You will have a modern and equipped kitchen, coffeepot and kettle, toaster, TV, web cube for wifi internet connection, air conditioning, towels and sheets, washing machine, large wardrobe.
You will be in contact by phone/e-mail directly with me for any information you need. My dad will welcome you on your arrival and will be available in case of need.
The house is located in Moretta - Corso Langhe district: adjacent to the historic center of Alba but quiet and peaceful.
Supermarket 300 meters from the house. In the immediate vicinity you will find bars, a post office, a bank, shops, restaurants, a church and a cinema.
The apartment is located 500 meters from the historic center of Alba, so if you want to visit the city you can park your car in the large private garage and forget it! The location is also strategic for reaching the Langhe and Roero in a short time. Bus stop just outside the door.
As required by current Italian law, all guests in the check-in phase must provide identity documents for the purpose of communication to the competent Police Headquarters.

As required by municipal law, all guests (except for children under 10 years of age) must pay the city tax in cash equal to € 1.50 per night per person, upon delivery of a specific receipt.
