Clean Stay

The hotel is dated. The most important thing is it was very clean. The staff was accommodating. The beds range from good to ok. Clean linen clean towels clean room. That is my priority.

We stayed here because there was no other available hotel under $300 for several hours in any direction. Positives: - area didn’t feel unsafe - balcony made for a nice place to drink a cup of coffee in the morning - was technically a room containing beds Negatives (hooooo boyyy): - almost no outlet in the room worked. We had to sue the bathroom outlet to charge our phones - the deadbolt was half broken. Sketchy. - as others have pointed out, the towels had yellow stains on them - the bed felt bad to sleep on Overall, stay anywhere else if possible.

Disappointed. I expected a better experience, the bed was very stiff, the WiFi was spotty, the staff did not assist with certain items that were needed and I was disappointed when I was informed a slightly later checkout would be a higher price. Overall the property was in a decent area, it was very quiet but the staff and sleeping arrangements made for a very unpleasant stay.

It was decent I was out late but was safe coming in Only thing was not able to link to the WiFi otherwise staff was polite asked if I needed anything. Very accommodating I will stay again

This "motel" needs a complete overhaul. Old mattresses, holes in the wall. Paint chipping everywhere. Holes in the front doors where the door knob should be. Dirty carpet, uneven walking spaces. Questionable shower facilities. Had no choice but to stay here as every other hotel in Albany airport area was full. Do not stay here.
