Terrasse schmutzig...stand noch der schmutzige Aschenbecher vom Vorgänger da...die Fenster total dreckig und teilweise kaputt...um den Schlüssel zu bekommen musste man bis fast zum Neptun latschen...und auch zurück bringen...für Anspruchlose ist ..."
