"Everything at this hotel was great. It was very quiet, the room suite was large and clean. The staff was very attentive. We also ate dinner at the hotel restaurant which was wonderful. It seemed like a sleepy place but the restaurant was near full. The shuttle was also very easy too coordinate. "

It had an overall old and somewhat filthy appearance, which made my stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff didn’t seem particularly friendly or accommodating, which added to my dissatisfaction. I hope the hotel can improve in these areas because with some renovations and better service, it could be a much more pleasant experience for guests."

"The room is very small, and the walls were dirty. I was placed in a room for a person with disabilities, even though I am not disabled, and I was not informed about this in advance. The room didn’t have a toilet seat, and the shower was неудобный, which was very surprising to me. When I went to the reception to ask what the problem was and why there was no toilet seat, I was told that it was a room for disabled guests as all other rooms are not available. I was quite surprised that I had been given such a room without any prior notice or confirmation, especially since I had booked the hotel in advance. Seeing my dissatisfaction, they offered to change the room, but I no longer felt like moving. Moreover, the hotel does not have an elevator, and I would have had to carry my suitcase up the stairs to another room, as the standard rooms are located on the upper floors. The breakfast was very limited. Overall impression: 3 out of 5."
