“La casa tiene un diseno arquitectonico de muy buen gusto. La colonia es de gran clase, segura y cerca del centro de SMA. Los cuartos som amplios, comodos, muy limpios y acogedores. La sala, comedor y jardin son espectaculares. La vista hacia la canada es espectacular! Es una casa muy bien disenada, comoda, limpia y accesible. Los banos estan muy limpios. La atencion de Joaquin, es excepcional: muy profesional, atenta y resuelve al momento. Felicidades! Recomiendo este lugar ampliamente; tanto……

“The host was great with communication from before check-in till after we checked out. We loved that we had the option to hire the house cleaner to cook for us as well and she made us breakfast each morning. This property is beautiful and perfect for large groups. Its location is perfect as well because we were able to park our car in a near by garage and walk to el centro, as well as many other places. We would definitely stay here again when visiting SMA”

“Espectacular. Tiene todo. Muy bien ubicada. 6 habitaciones. 14 personas fácil. Con baños por todas partes. La casa está nueva. Cochera propia. Moderna, terraza con vistas padrísimas.”

“La villa en gral muy bien lo único es que después de que reservas te dicen que no es hotel y no incluye nada, tu tiendes tus camas, las toallas viejas y como no muy limpias, etc además te cobran al final limpieza con cargo automático. Pero por otro lado la villa es muy bonita, amplia y está súper bien ubicada.”

“The place was in a truly disgusting state. My wife cleaned the floor with a broom when we got there which took an hour. There was hair and dirt. The shower mats were filled with hair too. There were ants as well in the kitchen area. The old man who greeted us was nice and friendly, but this place was in no condition for guests. We do not live anything like this at home, we live cleanly and expect the same from our stays. I have include a picture of the cleanup. That was only the stairs. There……

“Proximity to town, quiet, clean”

“Check in was supposed to be at 3, but staff said we didn’t have a reservation. Eventually, they found it, but then they said they didn’t have a room. Again, eventually, they said they had a room, but we had to wait for it to be cleaned. We waited until 4:30 to be given a room and the cleaning staff were still there. We had to stand outside in the heat most of this time, and I have health issues, so we decided to cool and go for a swim. I have a medical service dog that I have to take everywhere……

“The property is on Calle Relox which close to Cathedrals, restaurants, art galleries, shopping...the location is definitely 👍. In the apartments itself we enjoyed the open layout and traditional interior design and color. Having the patio right outside was also nice. The hosts responded quickly when I reached out. The only minor drawback was the dogs and roosters in the morning but you'll get that un most places in SM. ”

“This is a most excellent property. The staff is well…there aren’t Words to describe accuratley how great they are. We most enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend to others. 5 stars!”
